Studio Policies
Everything you need to know
A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment and reserve your time with us. ♡︎ This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your visit.
We currently accept Cash, Zelle, & Apple Pay.
If paying with cash, please arrive with exact change for a smooth checkout experience as we typically do not keep cash on hand in the studio.We understand that life happens! We offer a 10-minute grace period for unexpected delays.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. If you're running behind, please send us a quick message—we'll always do our best to accommodate you whenever possible. 🤍
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another guest.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or require a new deposit before booking another appointment.
